只要…就 is one sill and a stamp that falls right after it. Fill in the one form and the ticket prints; you just have to show up and the meeting starts. The sill can be a negative — as long as it doesn't rain — or a short stretch like three days, or one thin thing like a signal that sets every place free at once.
