About ShareDocs
ShareDocs shares free, ready-to-use document templates. Not just PowerPoint decks — Word forms and Excel workbooks too, covering the documents people end up rebuilding over and over at work and at school.
What is here
237 templates are published today.
- 130 presentations — proposals, IR decks, reports, lecture material, portfolios. 8–16 slides each, sized for 16:9 widescreen.
- 61 Word documents — contracts, résumés, meeting minutes, quotations, thesis forms. Laid out for A4 printing. Eleven of them are bilingual documents for foreign workers in Korea.
- 46 Excel workbooks — cash books, Gantt charts, attendance sheets, transaction statements. Totals, averages and roll-ups are wired up as real formulas.
Six languages
The site is available in Korean, English, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Nepali and Khmer. It is not only the screen that is translated — the files are too. Slide copy, table headings, Excel sheet names and even the sheet names referenced inside formulas are switched to your language. The typeface is chosen to suit the script, so Nepali and Khmer text renders properly rather than as boxes.
The eleven documents for foreign workers in Korea work differently. They put your language on the line below the Korean. You need the Korean to hand the paper in at a counter; you need your own language to know what you are signing. They cover employment contracts, résumés, resignation letters, how to read a payslip, the alien registration checklist and more.
How they are made
Every template is made in-house. Nothing is copied from elsewhere or collected and redistributed, so there is no copyright dispute waiting for you.
Each form is structured for what it actually is: contracts follow a numbered-article layout, résumés a career timeline, cash books a running-balance formula chain. We do not republish one file in a new colour under a different name.
Where a document is built on a government standard form, the source is named on its detail page and the licence is marked as requiring attribution.
Before you download
- No account, no sign-up — the file downloads immediately.
- Shapes, tables and text are unlocked, so you can change anything.
- Every template comes with a guide explaining what belongs in which field. Reading it first tends to be faster than opening the file and guessing.
- Most templates are free for commercial use with no attribution. The licence for each one is shown on its own page.
Who runs it
One person. Templates keep being added, and broken forms or formulas are fixed and re-uploaded. If you need a form we do not have, or you find a problem, tell us on the contact page.
