All of it in one picture

動 is the picture of a thing leaving the place where it sat still. Make your own body leave the couch and that is exercise; if nothing touches it and it leaves on its own, that is automatic. Cut out one slice of the leaving and you have a gesture, and when what leaves is not the body but the inside of the chest, you are moved. Everything that can leave its spot on its own legs is bundled together and called an animal.
