About this template

Where this fits

A credentials deck for a first client meeting or a vendor registration review. At 10 slides it is too short to list a whole portfolio, so it narrows the argument down to a few reasons the work should go to you. Order: cover, agenda, two dividers with two body slides (company overview, scope of services), a comparison slide, a four-tile metrics slide, a trend chart, and a closing slide. Keep the full case gallery as a separate file and use this one for the first ten minutes of the meeting.

Fill it in this order

  1. The agenda on slide 2 has five lines: company overview, scope of services, single-channel versus integrated agency, key metrics, trend analysis. Every one of the five is backed by a screen. The first two each get a divider-and-body pair (slides 3-4 and 5-6), the third is the comparison slide 7, and the last two are slides 8 and 9. Agenda and deck already map one to one, so unless you reorder there is nothing to fix there.
  2. Team, reference work and contract terms – the topics a vendor review usually asks for – have no slide in this file. To cover them, duplicate the 3-4 pair and add a line to the agenda. If you would rather not, move that material to an appendix file and only mention it while presenting.
  3. The company overview slide ships with “founded 2016, 34 full-time staff”, “two units: brand and performance”, and “annual billings of KRW 11.8bn”. Keep only what a client checks before signing.
  4. The scope slide is where you separate what you take on from what you do not. It already carries a line naming work you do not do in-house (“video production staffed through partners”). Do not delete that line – rewrite it for your own boundaries.
  5. Replace the four metric tiles and the four bars with real values.
  6. The closing line reads “a senior practitioner is in the room from the first meeting”. Add a quoting route or the weeks you are free so the conversation continues.

Rewrites that work

What follows the arrow is not in the file; it is an example of what to write instead.

  • “Two units: brand and performance” becomes, for example, “two units – 12 in brand, 14 in performance, 8 in shared planning”.
  • “Support through to in-house handover” becomes, for example, “training for two of your staff and account handover after three months of operation, inside the contract”.
  • “Strategy through execution in one place” becomes, for example, “one team owns media planning, asset production, buying and the weekly report”.

The four tiles and the year bars

Slide 8 carries 34 staff, KRW 11.8bn billings, 78% renewal rate, founded 2016, plus a footnote saying the values are samples. Delete that footnote once you enter real numbers. A 78% renewal rate invites a question about the period and the denominator in vendor screening, so state the basis – “contracts closed in the last three years”, for example. The trend chart runs 62, 79, 104, 118 across 2023 to 2026, and that 118 is the same figure as the billings tile. The axis note still says “unit: index (base 100)”, so change it to the real unit or the two slides contradict each other.

What costs you if you leave it

  • Changing the numbers but keeping the sample-value footnote.
  • Leaving slide 7 as a list of your own advantages. Keep the right-hand column (“planning, production and buying through one desk”, “one combined report for comparing results”, “creative production included in operations”) but rewrite the left-hand column (“a different agency per channel”, “performance measured on different bases”, “creative ordered separately”) to describe how this particular client works today.
  • Leaving the “company / organization name” placeholder under the dividers on slides 3 and 5, where your own logo belongs.
  • Leaving the “2026. presenter name / affiliation” line blank on the cover; the file gets forwarded inside the client’s company and needs a contact on it.
