This is a list of what to bring and in what order to move when you want to change workplace; it is not a guide to the procedure and not legal advice. The permitted reasons, the number of changes and the time limits differ by visa status and by that year's guidance, and change often. Always confirm the requirements that apply to you with the Ministry of Employment and Labor customer center (1350) or your local employment centre. This is a procedure where a wrong move can cost you your right to stay.
