About this template
When to use this
A 12-slide deck for introducing one model-backed feature in about 20 minutes. Cover, agenda and closing take 3 slides, and 3 of the rest are section dividers, so you speak to 6 content slides. Too short for a review of data collection or evaluation sets.
Filling it in
- Replace the cover label and one-line description with your project name and the purpose of the meeting.
- The agenda lists 6 items but only 3 sections have body slides. Trim the agenda or duplicate a divider-and-body pair.
- Each body slide holds a title, one summary line and exactly 3 bullets, so a fourth point has to move.
Example bullets
- Returns the supporting paragraph from 300 pages in under 12 seconds
- Handling time per inquiry from 24 to 6 minutes; repeat inquiries from 31% to 18%
Metrics and trend
The metric row is fixed at 4 cards and ships with 93.4% classification accuracy, 480,000 training records, KRW 0.8 per inference and a 41% error reduction. Keep the labels and change the numbers, or swap in acceptance rate, latency, daily calls and reported errors; either way name the evaluation set and period underneath. The trend slide shows 4 rising bars (rule-based 52, first model 71, second model 86, final model 93), so a metric that should fall needs the bar order reversed.
Common mistakes
- Keeping 6 agenda items when only 3 sections exist.
- Shipping the sample metrics, which asserts an accuracy figure you never measured.
- Two sentences per bullet, which wraps and breaks the card heights.
