Your documents are stored in your browser. We never receive them.

What we do not collect

• No document, client name, address, amount, working hours or bank detail is ever transmitted to this server. The tools make no network requests while you use them.
• No account, no email address, no login.
• No cookies are set by this tool.
• No analytics of our own, and no third-party analytics that we add.

What is stored, and where

• On your device. Your business details, saved documents, rates and numbering live in your browser’s local storage, kept separately for each tool. Clearing site data deletes them permanently — we hold no copy to restore from.
• On our server. A count of how many times each page was viewed. It contains no identifier of any kind; no visitor can be distinguished within it.
• In the web server log. Ordinary request logs are kept by the hosting layer, as on any website.

Our host adds one script

This domain sits behind Cloudflare, and Cloudflare injects its own small performance beacon (static.cloudflareinsights.com) into pages it serves. That is a setting on the whole domain rather than something this tool loads, and we would rather tell you than let you discover it in a network panel. It measures how fast the page loaded. It cannot read what you typed: your invoice lives in JavaScript memory and local storage, and nothing on this page ever serialises it into a request.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled on these pages it is served by Google AdSense, which may set its own cookies under Google’s policies. When no publisher ID is configured — the current state — no advertising script is loaded at all, and you can verify that in the page source.

Logos you add

A logo is read by your browser with the File API and stored as data inside your local storage. It is not uploaded. It appears in the printed document because it is embedded in the page you are printing.
