These terms govern use of the document template sharing service provided by ShareDocs — Free Document Templates (the “Site”).

2. The service

The Site provides presentation (.pptx), word-processing (.docx) and spreadsheet (.xlsx) templates, together with a written guide for each one, free of charge. No account is required.

3. Using templates

  • Permitted use of each template follows the licence shown on its detail page.
  • Redistributing or selling the template files themselves is prohibited.
  • Registering an original work as your own is prohibited.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Bulk scraping with automated tools, or placing excessive load on the server
  • Circumventing or disabling the Site’s security measures
  • Any use that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law

5. Disclaimer

Templates and their guides are provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Forms such as contracts and quotations are general examples, not legal or tax advice. You are responsible for outcomes arising from their use, except where damage results from the Site’s intent or gross negligence.

These terms may be amended; amendments take effect when posted on this page.
