About this template
Is 14 slides right for your review
A 14-slide deck for closing a two-week sprint in front of stakeholders. With 4 dividers and 4 body slides it suits a review with outside attendees more than an internal retrospective; for a 30-minute cadence cut to about 10 slides.
Delete these first
- The lower right of each divider is empty. Put your team name or the sprint number there so a long deck stays easy to place.
- Slides are labelled DETAIL, COMPARE, KEY METRICS and TREND. Rename them for your audience.
- The metric slide footnote says the values are samples; delete it once real numbers are in.
A four-section layout
- Done: sprint goal and accepted items
- Demo: only the running order in bullets
- Metrics: numbers that moved this sprint
- Next sprint: committed items and open questions
Example
Done bullets: 18 of 21 planned points accepted; 3 points carried over on external API latency; three deploys with no incidents. The four cards already read 42 points burned, 14 stories done, 3 items carried over and a 2-week cadence, so only the numbers need updating; the four bars are the last four sprints (34, 39, 36, 42).
Common mistakes
- Showing only completed work.
- Ticket numbers with no outcome line.
- Inventing topics to fill all four sections.
